Uhhh I adore Rowie Designs for so long, I still can’t believe they belong to Bohemian Diesel Marketplace now! Yes, you heard it right! How amazing is that!?! No words could ever describe how excited I’m about that!
I follow Rowie’s journey for years now and I have shared their campaigns and shoots since the beginning of my blog, oh how I love this Byron Bay based label and their beautiful designs! It’s such an honor to have them onboard!
But before you head over to the marketplace now read what the lovely Rowie Moore, designer of Rowie Designs tells us about her label!
Who is behind Rowie?
Rowie Moore is the Creative Director and sole Designer for Byron Bay-based fashion label Rowie.
I grew up on a community in the hills behind Byron Bay, my creativity was supported from an early age and by age 14 I had left school as was already making and designing clothing, I am completely self taught and have never studied.
How would you describe your brand?
Feminine contemporary classics with a free-spirited bohemian aesthetic.
What are you fascinated by at the moment and how does it feed into your work?
I am fascinated by plants at the moment and how many tones of brown you can find on the bark of a tree and how the colours of the landscape change with the seasons, this is something I am always fascinated by and find great inspiration in.
What makes you happiest about your job?
Being creative & making people happy, ideas are endless for me so I have great joy in being able to produce some of them!
What would you do without designing?
I have no idea!! haha I am sure it would be something creative though as I have never done anything else!, I left school at 14 and have been making clothes as my sole income ever since.

Everyone who loves the label!!
Whats your motto?
Anything is possible, if you work hard and you believe in yourself!
What’s next? What’s your vision for the future of your brand?
Its all about lifestyle for me, I love to travel, be creative and spend time with family.
I would love to see the business grow but not too big! It’s all about balance for me!
