“Roll down the windows… The universe reclines in your hair and the stars materialise at full revolution in your powder blue ’68 Ford falcon XT.
This is Highway Reverie.
A collection inspired by long, strange trips and wondrous journeys. For the seekers, the cruisers and the runaway sweethearts, the latest campaign for our holiday 18 collection was shot on 35mm on a road trip through New Zealand, with the dramatic mountain backdrop, pine-filled valleys and deep green fields as our playground.
Quaint little towns around Wanaka and the endless winding roads was the quintessential setting to the multitude of lush blue fabrics mimicking an endless sky and earthy neutrals, just like the ground we covered.
This special collection features sparkling knits, crisp linen and rich velvets that reflected a rugged and textured terrain, a kind of vagabond attitude which Highway Reverie encompasses. It’s your Bonnie & Clyde and your Jack Kerouac. A cruisin’ kind of effortless cool.
The classic polka-printed power suits, suede patched sets and geometric motifs have us feeling like we’re floating in heaven, in 1969.”
