“Creator and owner, Sessann Orne, grew up in the neighborhoods of Venice and Laurel Canyon of Los Angeles, greatly influenced by the bohemian and rock n’ roll history that reside in the shores and hills of those places. The call of the wild west became increasingly strong throughout her life, and in January of 2009, she left her home in Los Angeles, as well as a thirteen career as a West Coast Visual Merchandise Manager, trend forecaster, and concept developer, and moved to the high desert of New Mexico’s northern plains, where she now resides off of the grid in an earthship home with her boyfriend and their family of animals.She now spends her days homesteading and making hand crafted leather goods, influenced by her love of the southwest, the untamed New Mexico landscape, and its indigenous cultures and spirit.”
