Returns & Exchanges
We at Nidodileda want each of our customers to be very happy with our product(s). If for some reason there is a problem with your order we will happily work with you, as we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. With each order you will find an exchange/refund form that must be submitted with each such request.
Please note that all exchanges and returns can only be processed for products in unworn and original-factory condition, with complete packaging and accompanying documents, and must be done within the time frame stated below.
We will happily exchange your unworn and unaltered merchandise within 7 (seven) working days of receipt. Exchanges can be made for a different size, different variation request*, or another product of equal or greater value** than the one originally purchased.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*Given the hand-made and unique textile nature of many of our clothes there are often slight variations between each item. We happily accept exchange requests for a different variation.
**For product exchanges of greater value than the original order value, we will contact the customer directly in order to pay the price difference.
In the rare case that Nidodileda sends an incorrect order or defective merchandise, Nidodileda will assume full responsibility for the replacement and delivery of the correct product to the customer in a timely fashion. This replacement demand the unworn and unaltered product must be made within 3 (three) working days of receipt of the mistaken or defective merchandise.
We will gladly offer a refund to the customer for the return of unworn and unaltered merchandise if requested within 7 (seven) working days of receipt. Refunds will be processed only to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Nidodileda.
