All of our designs are "made to order," meaning the piece is created after an order is placed. This ensures that each creation is handmade with love especially for you. Because of this, please allow up to 2 weeks before the shipment of your order.
Indie and Wolf is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping through DHL.
Indie and Wolf is not responsible for DHL being "late" with delivery. This is out of our control and we will not give refunds due to a package taking longer than what the service paid for typically quotes.
We only accept exchanges on damaged or faulty merchandise. If your item arrives damaged or in the unfortunate rare instance that something happens upon immediate wear of the item, please email us right away for a return authorization and instructions. We cannot give a return authorization if an item that has been in your posession for more than 5 days.
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges when returning an item.

If an item does not reach us we are unable to provide a refund therefore we STRONGLY recommend you track your item.
We reserve the right to deny return or exchange of any items if they do not meet returns policy requirements.
Taxes and duties incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer.
