The price of an item excludes delivery charges.
Our delivery charges will be added on at the checkout and are as quoted on our site.
If you order products from our site for delivery to an international delivery destination, your order may be subject to customs policies, import duties or taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount, as they vary widely from country to country. You will be responsible for payment of any such charges on receiving your items. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

When you place your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s) and shipping options. However, these dates are not guaranteed.
Please allow at least 3-7 days for local shipping and 15-35 days for international.

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your Isla Sol purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or store credit note to use in the near future. ALL sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHERE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR WHERE THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH PACKING.
How to return your items
To return/exchange your items simply let us know in writing within 10 days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
