Sabaii Bohemian Apparel offers worldwide shipping. We send all national and NZ orders via Australian Post and International orders via DHL. All orders (Except pre orders & items listed on order) are packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or pubic holidays will be processed the following week. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to check the progress of your order and to see how close you are from receiving you SABAII BOHEMIAN APPAREL package. We ask that you please carefully check your shipping address is correct before committing to buy. SABAII BOHEMIAN APPAREL is not responsible for incorrect addresses given during time of purchase. For any exchange/return/refund the customer is responsible for this payment and must include a prepaid post bag or will have to pay the initial shipping charge again before the exchange is given.
Express shipping via Australian Registered Post is a flat rate of $14 This option takes between 1-3 days depending upon your location in Australia.
A flat rate of $35 will be charged for all international orders. Note, with this option orders are able to be tracked once they leave Australia. We will supply you with a tracking number via email once your order has been posted out.
Any items shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes and duties depending upon the country you’re shipping to. Sabaii Bohemian Apparel is not responsible for additional charges that may occur for customs clearance. Customs policies in areas such as importing leather products vary from country to country. Sabaii Bohemian Apparel recommends that prior to purchase to get in contact with your local customs office for additional information on the costs associated with your country.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once the package has left our store you will be emailed tracking information within the 1-3 days for domestic & international orders, so you can follow up on the progress of your order and check how far away you are from receiving your Sabaii Bohemian Apparel parcel. Simply use the tracking number on the Australian Post website for national and NZ orders, DHL for international.
SABAII BOHEMIAN APPAREL pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of each one of products and take the highest care to check every bag before an order is sent out. We want you to be happy with your purchase and love your bag, so if by chance you do encounter a fault, it may be exchanged or repaired upon assessment from head office in Australia. The Item must be sent back to us within 7 days of purchase and in its original condition with all labels and tags intact and the cotton SABAII protector bag included and unused. However as we use 100% leather slight variations are part of the individual beauty and are natural characteristics of leather, we do not consider these faults but part of the unique quality of your bag. If you are unsure please send a photo to us via email email@example.com before sending back as this will eliminate unnecessary costs on your behalf. We are always happy to offer our help. We are not able to process refunds or exchanges until goods are received back to us in head office. Please notify our customer care team via the contact form which can be found here in our online boutique, if you wish to discuss any problems with your order or to exchange an item or have a faulty item to be assessed. SABAII BOHEMIAN APPAREL does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose with care.
